About the department

The Department of Physical Education was established in 2002. The departmental library has a collection of 40 books. One computer is available with internet facility. Rigorous physical training together with a variety of outdoor games spell a lively set of students in a department with a most enjoyable atmosphere. Tagore’s Tasher Desh was the highlight of last year’s annual programme. Jungle trekking in the Susunia Hills had very active participation in the 2012 outdoor excursion.
